Customer Service Representative
$18/hr – negotiable based on experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Interacting with new and existing customers to book and confirm appointments
  • Monitoring and responding to emails
  • Meet deadlines
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
  • Must be willing to answer after-hour/weekend calls on a rotational schedule
  • The position is Monday-Friday 9-5

The candidate must be a strong communicator, organized, and able to multitask. They must always find the positive in situations and be responsible and reliable.
