Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound calls, follow-ups, and outbound warm touches to current and past clients.
- Understand customer needs and requirements through consultative sales strategies.
- Calculates cost from company pricing tools
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Contact customers after service is performed to ensure satisfaction and develop additional referrals.
- Work together with service technicians to find additional sales opportunities with our current client base.
- Generates additional sales opportunities by networking within their assigned territories
Skills
- Proven sales experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Contact customers after service is performed to ensure customer satisfaction and to develop referrals
- High school education or general education degree (GED) required (BA degree preferred)
