Description

Our one time rodent service is targeted at low level rodent infestations. Our specialist will performed a detailed inspection of your home to find where the mice are entering and set up baits strategically throughout the home. The bait will be placed in areas not easily accesiable to children or baits. We will provide minor low level exclusion to help keep the home pest free! If additional exclusion work is required, our specialist will discuss service options with you! Typically it will take 1-2 weeks to see a 90-100 % reduction in rodent activity. This service comes with no warranty due to the home being connected to another home (such as a row home, townhouse, or condo). If follow-up services are requested, there will be a $75 plus tax service fee. During the inital inspection, if a high level of rodent activity is found, our technician will refer you back to our office to discuss other service options that will help with high level infestations.
